To enter the competition is easy: just place a one, three, six, or twelve month classified ad/s on PhotoGear.com.au, and you'll automatically be put in the draw for your chance to win a brand new Canon or Nikon professional DSLR camera.

You'll have a fantastic chance of winning, here's the cool thing: we'll be drawing the winner once we've had only 960 paid classified ads submitted to PhotoGear.com.au. The more ads you place, the better your chance of winning! Because the internet and word of mouth is very unpredictable, the competition may be drawn in 1 day, 1 week or 1 year, it depends how quickly we reach 960 paid ads.

You'll need to be an Australian resident to enter. The winner will be notified by telephone and email, and also published on this website. The winner will have a choice of a brand new Canon EOS-1D MK III or Nikon D3.

To enter the Canon / Nikon camera competition visit www.photogear.com.au, and place a 1, 3, 6, or 12 month classified ad or ads. Eligible participants are required to provide their name, address, postcode, telephone number and a valid email address.
2. There is no limit of ads that may be placed.
3. Entry is open to all permanent residents of Australia only.
4. The winner will be randomly drawn. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
5. No employees, relatives or associates of PhotoGear.com.au can enter the competition.
6. The winners shall be notified by email and telephone, and upon confirmation of the winners' contact details, the winner will be published on the PhotoGear website.
7. The promoter shall not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. The competition commences February 4, 2009 and concludes once 960 paid classified ads have been published on PhotoGear.com.au.
9. There is one prize, the winner will choose between a Canon EOS-1D MK III or Nikon D3 camera. Once the winner has made a choice, their choice cannot be changed.
