Shipping policy

Orders are shipped with Australia Post and are generally dispatched within one business day following confirmation of payment. Most in-stock orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same business day.

Please note that certain products, including bulky, heavy, fragile, special-order, or complex multi-item orders, may require additional handling, packaging, verification, or preparation time prior to dispatch. During peak sales periods or high order volumes, dispatch times may also be extended.

Express shipments are typically delivered within 1–5 business days depending on location. Standard shipments are typically delivered within 2–9 business days.

Please note these delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, peak periods, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances outside our control.

Insurance

We insure all shipments during transit. If your shipment is confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Backorders & Stock Availability

While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels, occasional stock discrepancies, supplier delays, or high order volumes may result in certain items becoming temporarily unavailable after an order is placed.

If an item is unavailable or placed on backorder, we will contact you with an estimated timeframe where possible. Customers may choose to wait for the item, receive a partial shipment where applicable, select an alternative product, receive store credit, or request a refund for unavailable items.

Estimated restock and dispatch timeframes are provided in good faith but may change due to supplier, shipping, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Delays Outside Our Control

While we make every reasonable effort to dispatch and deliver orders within estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include, but are not limited to:
carrier or courier delays, system outages, shipping platform interruptions, supplier delays, customs processing, severe weather events, natural disasters, public holidays, industrial action, network or power outages, inventory reconciliation issues, or other operational disruptions.

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, however we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed where significant delays occur.
