SmallRig Cage Kit for Sony Alpha 7 V / 7R V / 7 IV 6025 is expertly crafted to enhance your low-angle shooting experience while offering robust camera protection and versatile mounting options. This kit includes a cage, an HDMI cable clamp, and a top handle. The top handle provides a comfortable grip, facilitating easy transport, low-angle control, and fluid camera movement.
The cage utilizes a three-point locking system for secure mounting without deflection. Built-in pads offer comprehensive protection and prevent scratches, while precision cutouts provide unobstructed access to camera ports, dials, buttons, and the battery compartment.
Multiple mounting points are incorporated, including 1/4"-20 threaded holes, ARRI 3/8"-16 locating holes, and a "HawkLock" NATO rail for quick attachment of accessories like side handles (ID 4485) and top handles (ID 4483). A built-in cold shoe mount allows for attaching devices like the DJI Mic 2 and lights, while a QD socket at the base accommodates shoulder straps for enhanced portability. The base is also equipped with a magnetic Allen wrench for easy assembly and disassembly.
Additionally, the bottom quick release plate, paired with the "HawkLock" H38 Arca-Swiss quick release mount plate (ID 4486), enables rapid slide-in attachment with an auto-locking mechanism. The integrated Arca-Swiss quick release plate at the bottom enables seamless transitions between handheld, tripod, and gimbal setups (compatible with Arca-type tripods and DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 Mini / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro / RS 4 Mini / RS 4 / RS 4 Pro stabilizers).
Furthermore, a hinged door at the battery compartment adds grip support for the little finger, while the included HDMI cable clamp secures the cable for stable data transmission.
IMPORTANT
1. After fastening the base 1/4"-20 screw, remove the anti-twist locating pins from the storage hole at the battery compartment and secure them in the designated position.
2. Before installing the HDMI cable clamp, open the camera’s HDMI port cover.
